This class is not appropriate to receive ENGL 1101 credit, and the paper submitted was about literature, not nonfiction (which would be more appropriate for 1102 credit). This class, however, is an appropriate equivalent for LMC 3511. The student will still have to take ENGL 1101.

I would like for this course to be reviewed to fill the credit of ENGL 1101 at Georgia Tech because Clemson did not have a class that directly transferred to ENGL 1101 at Georgia Tech. The lowest English class Clemson had was ENGL 1030 which filled the credit for ENGL 1102 at Georgia Tech.
