According to the student, Univ Wisconsin - River Falls - MATH 167 Calculus II may also use high school teachers as instructors. We also recommend to void the existing policy that Univ Wisconsin - River Falls - MATH 167 Calculus II transfers as GT MATH 1552 (NOT affecting the past cases including the case of Arlo Felix L'allier). We will re-evaluate MATH 167 in future.

As we wrote, no transfer credit for math courses that were taught by high school teachers. The new documents do not change the fact that the instructor of the course was a high school teacher. The evaluation stands.

Hello, I have contacted the University of Wisconsin- River Falls and received both their official syllabus for the year that I completed the Math course, and I have received the course proposal. Both of those have been uploaded as supplemental documents. This course was taken through my schools Dual Academic Credit Program. This means that if a teacher held a masters degree in their field, they could go to the university of Wisconsin-River Falls and become certified to teach certain courses at the level of, and for credit at, the university.

If the student is confident with the mastery of the course material, there are options of taking either a Freshman Placement Mathematics Exam of GT MATH 1551 https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/faset-and-incoming-students or an Advanced Standing Exam of GT MATH 1551 https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/advanced-standing-exams
