The grade for the course was calculated through the Canvas system with two separate categories for grades: homework and exams. Both segments represented a percentage of the total grade, with the exams having a higher weight and influence on the grade. The exams were administered through the Honor Lock system, which prevents the test taker from cheating by not allowing them to open new tabs, by forcing the student to look at the screen with their camera on, and flagging any question when external sounds were made.

The exams were administered online via an honor lock system that prevents cheating by locking the student out whenever they are not looking at the screen or being flagged when external sounds are being made.
