Hello, I hope your semester is off to a good start! The final project for CSCI 3511 involved creating an apparatus that involved physical outputs/inputs and I've included a document briefly outlining the final project for CSCI 3511 with some videos of our apparatus in its prototype stage. Note for student: Please see the response from the faculty reviewer for potential CS 3651 credit: "Can you please tell me the nature of the student’s final project in CSCI 3511? Among some other small details, a key difference is that CS 3651 teaches students to use motors/actuators, and final projects appear to typically include a “robot” of sorts (something that has physical inputs and physical outputs) where as CSCI 3511 mostly appears to focus on physical inputs and only computational processing of those inputs (virtual/digital outputs but not physical/mechanical)."
