I've realized that I've made a mistake. Although I entered "JAPN 2001, 3 credit hours AND JAPN 2002, 3 credit hours AND JAPN 2XXX, 4.75 credit hours Policy", this should be changed into "JAPN 1001, 4 credit hours, and JAPN 1002, 4 credit hours, and JAPN 1XXX 2.75 credit hours.
