PHYS 280 is listed on the equivalency table as granted credit for PHYS 2212. This credit will be entered as soon as we are able to process your transcripts.

The PHYS A280 course includes the lecture and lab component for 4.0 units total (although this site ask for me to list them separately which I did as 3.0 units and 1.0 units). On the Georgia Tech transfer equivalency table, PHYS 280 has been evaluated and satisfies the transfer equivalency for Georgia Tech PHYS 2212 (Intro Physics II, 4.0 credit hours). On the Orange Coast transcript there is a clerical discrepancy as it listed as PHYS A280. The letter "A" in A280 is how Orange Coast College now designates their courses to distinguish from the other two schools in there district (Golden West and Coastline). The course taken is the same PHYS 280. You can see on my PHYS 280 lab syllabus submitted, the course is titled PHYS 280, which is the same as what is on the Georgia Tech transfer equivalency table. Nonetheless, I have submitted all syllibi, course description and weekly course work. Hope that clears things up. Thank you for assistance. Nicolas Kousoulas
