Tennessee Tech has a policy where if you had a certain score or higher on the ACT English section, it would count for an ENGL 1010 credit - so they wouldn't let me take that course. I ended up taking ENGL 1020 and got an A in the course, however, I have no idea how that would translate to GT standards.
