Note for Registrar: We have another update here with new information. Student provided proof of C programming in CS 3502, so CS 3502 + CS 3503 can equal CS 2110. Thank you.

Evaluation revised via email from Pauline Glenn on 12/03/24: "We need to decline CS 2110 credit for CS 3503 from KSU, because the student explained they uploaded the wrong CSE 1322 lab syllabus and said they took the java lab and not the C lab. Originally the student uploaded the C lab syllabus as if they had taken the C programming lab which would help give credit for CS 2110 from 3503, but since they did the java lab, they cannot get credit for CS 3503."
2024-12-03 15:31:30 - Emma L Norrell <epresberg6>
Pauline, please see note from student: "I noticed that the note regarding CS 2110 credit states: "Students can only get CS 2110 from CS 3503 if they have C programming from a class." My Operating Systems class (CS 3502) was taught in C programming. Additionally, this course has been evaluated as extra credit. Could this C programming experience from CS 3502 be used as the extra credit toward fulfilling the requirement for CS 2110?"
2024-12-03 14:56:28 - Pauline Marilyn Glenn <pglenn8>
Note for Registrar: Please decline CS 2110 credit here, there is a change because the student incorrectly uploaded a C programming lab syllabus when they took a CSE 1322 java lab at KSU. Students can only get CS 2110 from CS 3503 if they have C programming from a class. This will end up being CS 3xxx elective credit.

Note for Registrar: For this student specifically, can get CS 2110 credit here. CS 3503 (3) + CS 1xxx (3) from student's CSE 1322 class can equal CS 2110 (4) + CS 1xxx (2). Since student's lab was in C programming, from CSE 1322, CSE 1322 + CS 3503 can equal CS 2110.
