There are no course reading on the syllabus and it is very vague on whether this is situated in history. The course may be more aligned with civil engineering or city and regional planning. HTS 1081 also requires an ethics element, which this shell of a syllabus does not contain.

Hi Jennifer, Yes, this is considered international credit. This course is equivalent to 3-semester credits.

These are the 2 assignments I could find. This course entailed of mostly live discussions and a few reflective assignments on the concept of inquiry. We applied inquiry and critical thinking to different challenges in the Hamilton Community.

Crystal - Is this a quarter or semester credit hour course? Also, all these courses submitted by Jakande need more detailed syllabi (no course readings are included for example). Since the courses are taken in Engineering, it is hard to determine if history and/or sociological text are used. The student's turned-in assignments might suffice.

The fall 2020 course outline was not available on the schools website so i used the 2017 version. The only difference is that we didn't have field trips in 2020 due to the pandemic at the time.
