The lab section is also worth 4 credit hours; however, I put it as zero when writing my request because I understand that at Tech, the Physics 1 lecture and lab is equivalent to 4 credit hours combined. I did not want to list both the lecture as 4 credit hours and the lab as an additional 4 because I didn't want the registrar to think that I am trying to gain 8 credits instead of 4.
