About 1/5 of GT MATH 4581 covers "Fourier Series and Integrals" and 4/5 of GT MATH 4581 covers "Boundary Value Problems". In comparison, 3/40 of USAFA ENGR 346 is about "Fourier Series" and 4/40 of USAFA ENGR 346 is about "Boundary Value Problems". USAFA ENGR 346 is not equivalent to GT MATH 4581.

I would like to receive credit for Math 4581 as the topics covered in this class are conducive to the concepts and syllabus described in MATH 4581. All concepts covered in Math 4581 ie Laplace transforms w/apps, Fourier series, and BVP were heavily covered in this class as well and I received an A in this class. Credit hours are also identical as well as content. I was given PHYS 3151 as credit but I would like a reevaluation of this course as I firmly believe that this course is a direct equivalent of Math 4581 for the Air Force Academy.
