This course isn't a direct equivalent to any first-year chemistry course. It does have overlap with CHEM 1212K, but it is missing key concepts. It's fine as a lab science course, and I'm happy to review in combination with other courses to see if the content of 1212K is covered between them.

All of my documents have been officially translated. I see that you requested I to submit a week-by-week plan but this is all I have from my back home school. Some of them were re-sectioned into units and we did 1 or 2 units per week. Also, for physics and chemistry courses that have labs, our courses have labs and lectures together in the same course which is why I don't have a separate syllabus for them. I hope this will be enough.
