Since you do not have access to the detailed syllabus required for submission through this site, please reach out to the Math Department directly. They will be able to discuss materials needed to do a re-evaluation for you. Once completed, the Math Department will send the Registrar's Office an email with their response to you. Please send the syllabus you have to academics@math.gatech.edu and an Advisor will respond with more information. Please let them know you do not have a detailed syllabus and ask what alternative documentation they will accept.

I emailed my professor back at KSU and he did not have a week-by-week schedule of what we covered during that semester, only the general syllabus with the contents for the course. My question is what should I do in this situation, would I be allowed to create my own week-by-week schedule as I do have my own notes that we went through with dates on them, however, I don't think that would count as official documentation? If you know what I can do so that the course evaluation can be fully completed, please let me know. Thanks for your time!
