This is a solid sophomore level experiential design course that the student could use towards a free elective. I did consult with our lead ME 2110 instructors and they felt that the course did not meet all of the outcomes and training that occur through ME 2110. In general, we require all students within ME to take the course here at GT.

Here is the final Sway presentation my group did for the final project for this class. We were given a criteria and instruction on how to present our project but our group had to come up with its own problem and solution to that problem using things we had learned about in class such as MATLAB code as well as arduinos. We had to utilize technical and professional skills the entire time throughout the process such as professional GANTT charts, project budgeting, schedule management and deadlines, as well as project leads and coordination.

This course is being considered for TE for ME 2110 as there is too much overlap for it to count for anything else. However the materials provided do not give enough evidence that this course covers the material with the same rigor and depth as ME 2110. Could you please also submit the descriptions of all of the projects and any other material from the course you may have to help in making this evaluation?
