Note for student: Thank you for clarifying. If you would like to receive Ethics credit for the course, you could write a term paper and the faculty reviewer would grade it. You would have to go through the process of getting advanced standing credit (a fee is attached to that). So instead of taking the entire class, you could just write a term paper based off the faculty reviewer's rubric/requirements, and look into getting Ethics credit that way. Sorry, I meant that I took the "advanced composition" class. It wasn't 4 credits, but it counted for and advanced composition elective which was required in our syllabus. I apologize for the mistake.

Note for student: I see you mentioned this was a 4 credit version, but your transcript says that the class is 3 credits. Did you write a term paper in the course? Or was it more of a set of smaller writing assignments throughout the semester and not one major term paper?

I have uploaded all the files related to the assignment descriptions + grading. Also, please note that I actually took the 4-credit hour variant (CS211), which involves rigorous advanced composition assignments (large-scaled writing assignments that tested both creativity and composition abilities) and a final in-person presentation, on top of the original 210 workload which constituted 11 writing assignments. UIUC offers CS211 (as opposed to 210) as an "advanced composition" course. 211 is 4-credit hours, 210 is 3-credit hours.
