If the student is confident with the mastery of the course material, there are options of taking either a Freshman Placement Mathematics Exam of GT MATH 1552 https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/faset-and-incoming-students or an Advanced Standing Exam of GT MATH 1552 https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/advanced-standing-exams
