I would recommend reaching out directly to the MATH department to discuss your best options. Again we can only award transfer credit from a College Transcript. https://math.gatech.edu/undergraduate/advanced-standing-exams

Is there any way for me to get the credit other than asking GMU to add it to my university transcript? I've already tried doing that (I've even offered to pay the $400 fee) but GMU has refused every time.

Unfortunately, we will need to receive the University Transcript to grant credit. We are not permitted to grant credit from a High School transcript.

I know that MATH 2X51 should be granted according to the equivalency table. The issue is that the transfer credit is only granted automatically if I payed the $400 fee to George Mason University. Since I did not pay this transfer fee within the semester I took MATH 213, GMU is not letting me pay for the credit so I can transfer it to Georgia Tech anymore.
