Prof. Grillakis provided me with the course schedule, which was not included the syllabus; I have uploaded it as the Course Document. Each entry is an update Prof. Grillakis posted to the Canvas homepage following each lecture, with a brief overview of topics covered that day. LVRM refers to the Online notes by Prof. C. David Levermore. In the course document I have provided, each topic is represented by a roman numeral for the unit, followed by the subunit. For example, II.9 refers to Higher Order Ordinary Diff'Eqs: Laplace Transform, as per the table of contents in the syllabus I uploaded.
