Hello, I was previously awarded ENGL 1101 credit based on UWP 001 and UWP 101Y. However, ENGL 1102 was not awarded because the total credit for two English courses was 6 semester hours, while these two courses together only provided 8 quarter units, which was not sufficient. I would like to ask whether adding another course, NUT 011, which is 2 quarter units and includes a writing component, would make me eligible for ENGL 1102 credit. With UWP 001, UWP 101Y, and NUT 011 combined, the total would be 10 quarter units. I have uploaded the syllabus and writing portfolios for all three courses for your review. Please let me know if this combination could be reconsidered for ENGL 1102 credit, or if any additional information is needed.
