This course does not align with any HTS courses. It is about public health and chronic disease. It is neither sociology or history.

This course has some aspects of a biology special topic class, but it is also very appropriate for the student to receive a technical elective credit in HTS, rather than BIOS 3xxx. I think that it is a better fit for the HTS class.
