Last year there was a case where one student who transferred from KAIST to Georgia Tech took this course and was recognized as EE203 and consequently failed to receive credit. When I checked the syllabus of Georgia Tech's ECE 2020, I think KAIST'S EE303 corresponds to GT'S ECE 2020.
