I know on the table it says they are equivalent; however, when I emailed the registrar's office a couple weeks ago they told me the table only accounts for on-campus sections and I am taking these courses online. The registrar office told me I had to submit a separate evaluation for the online sections of these classes so that is what I did. I just want to make 100% sure that the online sections of PHYS 2110 and PHYS 2120 will still give me credit for PHYS 2211 and PHYS 2212 here at Tech.

The course is 55118-PHYS-2110-R50-61R at the University of Memphis this summer 2023 (the online section).

PHYS 2110 & PHYS 2211 have already been reviewed by the department and determined to be equivalent to PHYS 2211 here as shown on the articulation table below. PHYS 2110 Phys for Scientists & Engrs I => ET LAB Credit Awarded w/PHYS 2111 PHYS 2111 Sci/Engr Phys Lab I => PHYS 2211 Intro Physics I 4.0

I plan on taking 55118-PHYS-2110-R50-61R at the University of Memphis this summer 2023. It is the online version as I have an internship this summer that is in-person so taking this course online works better with my schedule. This course is 4 credit hours and includes the lab with it. The courses do not work on a weekly timetable, but rather follow a module structure. (I’ve attached a calendar and a the list of reading/hw assignments from Pearson’s Mastering Physics program.) Exams are not proctored, but they are time-limited to 60 minutes.
