I've uploaded my Fall 2021 syllabus for SCIS-346 Organization of Programming Languages. In that class, we compared features of different programming languages, including assembly. We covered chapters 1-12 and 15-16 of the textbook Concepts of Programming Languages, 12e by Robert W. Sebesta. Although assembly was not one of the major languages we focused on during lectures, it was discussed several times in the assigned readings.
