The supplemental file indicates that the exams consisted of two parts, Part 1 "in-class questions done individually" and Part 2 "some more in-depth questions done as group projects outside the classroom". We have two questions. Question 1: Was Part 1 of the exams proctored? Question 2: How much of the course grade was based on Part 1, and how much was based on Part 2? Can the student please obtain a written clarification from the instructor?
