The syllabus is quite vague about the assessment method and the grading policy. How were quizzes, tests, and the final exam administered? Are they proctored? If yes, how? What is the percentage breakdown of the course grade from homework, quizzes, tests, and the final exam? Can the student please get a written clarification about these?
