The Scheller Finance Faculty already evaluated this course and awarded MGT 3076 (Investments) credit for it back in June 2023. I had the faculty who teach MGT 3062, MGT 3076, and MGT 3078 evaluate the course, and they all agreed that it was equivalent to MGT 3076. It's not an acceptable substitute for MGT 3078. Explanation: MGT 3078 is a combination of MGT 3062 (Financial Management) and MGT 3076 (Investments). It covers roughly 2/3 (10 weeks) of the same material as 3062 and 1/3 (5 weeks) of the same material as 3076.

This course was previously evaluated as MGT 3076: Investments. However I am requesting for it to be evaluated as MGT 3078: Fin and Investments since it covers all the topics listed in the syllabus including time value of money, risk and return, capital budgeting and derivatives.
