The courses taken in the COVID-19 pandemic period are evaluated with some leniency. Georgia Tech treats the terms from Spring 2020 to Summer 2021 (inclusive) as the pandemic period. We have already been very lenient with this student and evaluated their MTH 263 (Fall 2021) course as a course during pandemic.

Dr. Chen, student has reached out to our team concerning Department's decision. He's added this note for this and his MTH 266 course. "When I took these classes, it was during the COVID lockdown (see dates of courses), and the state mandated and enforced public schools to shut down. The only event that was allowed to be proctored was the final exams, per the state Covid Lockdown Policies. Given the situation was out of my hands, I completed the courses with an A. I wanted to request the registrar’s office to reevaluate both courses, MTH 264 and MTH 266.
