The decision on this course is based on the decision of the CS1400 I have. I want GaTech CS1301 but, I would like to have CS1400 checked prior to make a decision on this. I can go early on Monday to clarify this to the registrar office/ CS department.

This class can be applied as CS 1xxx credit if student needs elective instead. In this case it seems the student wants CS 1xxx elective credit instead of CS 1301. According to the student note.

Is it possible that I have GATECH CS 1301 issued for my SNOW COLLEGE CS 1400 and this as a different one? (At least as an elective)

Thanks for your response. The class you shared is the same as CS1400 I submitted for evaluation as well, that only includes and intro to programming. This class is object oriented programming and has all the exact topics from CS1331 except from using Java and using C#.

Note for student: Do you have documentation and proof that you have taken a java class? The only way it would be considered for CS 1331 credit is if you have taken a java class. Otherwise, it will be CS 1301 or CS elective credit. Please provide supporting documents if you have taken a java class.

I found this class is the same as CS1331 without the lab.

1. The lecture and the lab share the same syllabus. 2. The lecture weekly plan follows the book's chapters (levels), and after every "Reading and Challenge", there is a quiz that has the name of the topic. 3. On the lab weekly plan, after the lab name, the assignment specifies the project done in that week.
