Prof. Fawzi provided me with the course schedule, which was not in the syllabus; I have uploaded it as the Course Document. While the links to the materials are inaccessible, the leftmost column contains a complete overview and timeline of all materials. Prof. Fawzi's contact information is on his website (http://www.cs.umd.edu/~fpe/), which is included in the syllabus.
