This course seems to cover topics related to both financial and managerial accounting, but the focus is more on Managerial Accounting. It is not comprehensive enough to be equivalent to ACCT 2102 (it covers about 50% of the material). We do have a similar class that touches on both financial and managerial accounting, MGT 3000, but that class has much deeper coverage of financial accounting.
