The course of Math& 153 alone is insufficient to transfer as GT MATH 1552. If the student likes us to evaluate Math& 153 by itself, please send the case back to me. If the student likes us to evaluate Math& 152 and Math& 153 together as a bundle, please provide the syllabus of Math& 152 (and a clarification about the exam proctoring of Math& 152 if the syllabus is unclear concerning it).

It is unclear from the syllabus whether the HW Quizzes (8 Quizzes), the midterm exams, and the final exam were proctored. If any of them were proctored, can we please get a written clarification from the instructor?

Two midterms and a final were proctored (as attached in the weekly summary), as well as 9 quizzes. How should I let my instructor contact the registrar's office regarding the written clarification? Is there an email, or a phone number that they should contact?

Did the student also took other calculus courses from Green River Community College? If so, it may be to the student's advantage that all these GRCC calculus courses are evaluated together as a multi-course bundle.
