This course does not have a lab so I don't think it is analogous to GT's Microfabrication class, however it is a grad level(cross-listed) course so I think it should be worth 4XXX credit. This course focused on technologies currently in use in the industry and included a tour of the Tower Semiconductor fab in San Antonio
