I made a mistake: PHY 142 is actually 3 credits and Lab is actually 1 credit.

PHY 134, the lab component, has already been evaluated at GT. The equivalency site says "4 hrs Awarded w/PHY 127 or 132". I would only like my PHY 142 course evaluated. Also I have provided SBU's credits on my evaluation rather than GT's credit hours since I don't now how they're converted.
