I corrected the evaluation request, since the correct course number is MATH& 163 from the community college. I also just attached the correct syllabus for Calculus III with the correct title.

Please upload/resubmit and return to Registrar (R1) a response to this inquiry from the department - " We also note that the course number in both documents is "MATH& 163", but the course number in the evaluation request is "MATH 163" without the "&" sign. We are not sure whether this makes a difference. In any case we need more accurate course info. The uploaded documents contain contradictory course info. Even the course titles are different in the two documents.

I was able to find the course syllabus with the contact information, grading, and outline. This file is now attached. There is a typo in the file that says the course title is Pre-calculus 2, however all information directly corresponds to Calculus 3 such as course outline, objectives, grading, course number and description.
