We had one class session on the Mercer University Maocn Campus. The rest of the class was held in Cape Town, South Africa, as part of a Service Learning Program called Mercer On Mission. The program lasted three weeks. Our primary objective was to analyze the social enterprises of a non-profit organization called Streetscapes and provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
