Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico is on a Quarter system. Transfer credit would be 4 quarter hours=2 semester hours and 5 quarter hours=3 semester hours. Many Bachelor's programs there require around ~122 Quarter hours, but some esp. Engineering are higher around ~145.
